Wow, I just watched it and I'm speechless.

This episode leaves me with a very bad feeling about what's going to happen.
I found it very sad that Bolin still wasn't able to metalbend and I think that proves he will never be able to.

I really want to know what's going on in Ba Sing Se now and I'm sure we will find out in the next episode, but it doesn't sound good.
It was nice to see Asami doing more than just looking pretty, she wasn't really important since Book 1, but now she's got some development in my eyes.
Seeing Zuko again was great too, I hope his role will become bigger in the last episodes of Book 3.
Unfortunately we didn't get so see Su again, I'm sure she already heard of what happened to the Queen and I'd die to know her reaction to that..

Something I'm still missing is the importance of spirits.. I was hoping to see spirits and humans together like we saw it in the Wan episodes. But they're just around some places sometimes and don't really do anything. I wonder if some of them will have an appearance in the finale or if they keep beeing "decorations".

So what, no more opal? :(

na but this episode was awesome I saw this coming though.

The way he killed her was crazy.  I kind of feel bad, the white lotus did a lot for that city and now it is in chaos.

Things are getting crazy!!!

This episode was... wow! Kinda funny how this episode's called "Long Live the Queen" when she doesn't survive episode. Maybe it's a reference to the Lion King. "Long love the king" and Mufassa gets killed.

ANYWAY, despite the violent murder, it was an amazing episode. S**t's definitely going down in the next (and last) few episodes!

I LOVED the part with Mako and Bolin with the Red Lotus on their way to Ba Sing Se. Bolin asking Ghazan and Ming Hua about their time in prison. Loved what Ming Hua did to pass times. Making up stories about the guards. Guess when you're locked up for 13 years, gotta find something to pass the time.

Also liked Korra and Asami making friends with their captors. And that part where they see Zuko's dragon and are like "Yup. Let's go for drinks!" I'd probably say the same thing if I see a dragon chillin' with a few other terrified looking animals. Glad we see Zuko and Tonraq again too!

I was kinda shocked about how Zaheer killed the queen. This is a way of using airbending in a very non-peaceful way and I know a lot of people in fandom have been talking about this for years.. now it's happening. Just like bloodbending with Yakone, I guess you can't stop the bad guys from their cruelty sometimes.

That was some fanfic-level crap going down with Zaheer and the queen. What a nutjob.

Nice to see Zuko again at the end there, and Asami was awesome in this episode.

I watched the episode and wow! It was so intense! I loved Korra and Asami working together with their captors to get out of the desert and Bolin's interactions with Ghazan and Ming Hua. And I loved the little moments with Naga and Lin too.

Without warning, I was totally spoiled literally just a few hours before I was able to watch it. DARN IT

I imagine that I would have been shocked and be spazzing and keyboard smashing by now if it wasn't for those people who don't know how to hide their spoilers. TT_TT

........or rather.......this episode....would have taken my BREATH away if I wasn't spoiled before hand.

I refused to spoil the episode before it was available online. I was spoiled a lot with episodes 3-6 and a bit with this one. I set up times for my posts to show up on Tumblr, and I always tag them. I hadda unfollow a buncha ATLA/LOK facebook groups due to spoilers. I hate people.

It's a good thing most airbenders were pacifists and not like Zaheer.

I always said it was a good thing Airbender's weren't bad guys. If they were they could take the very air you breathe! wow..

Scary thought.  I guess the Fire Nation should be somewhat thankful the airbenders they fought during Sozin's reign were not the extreme kind like Zaheer. ^^'

Personally, I think that with the five Fire Nation soldier corpses around Monk Gyatso's skeleton in that abandoned room, they just might have.

They might have and I assume they would have if they'd been provoked enough or if it was the only way, I guess. But Zaheer seemed like he was going to do it regardless of whether he was provoked or not, given his feelings towards the monarchy and such. XD

I love the complexity of the antagonists this go around, it's really refreshing after putting up with Unalaq for a whole season.
