I wanna see a flash back of aang dealing with a huge problem while and old person.

Like how they showed how Roku fought the volcano.

There are a few people who think that. It COULD be him, but that guy looks quite tall. Is Zaheer that tall?

Yeah, that theory has been floating around for a while now, I believe. And it might be him, but next to P'li he always looks short, so its hard (for me anyway) to think of him as really tall. XD

Maybe, but there's nothing to suggest they're related. But, yeah, you could be right. ^^

That's right though, I don't know though can any fire bender learn to do this.

It might be like a tribe of people, so not really related but of the same culture.

That's what I thought, I think lin's sister is up to something.

I actually think that he might be one of the troublemakers she was hanging out with.

Seems a bit fishy how she was so eager for korra to go and catch him. Other than he basically destroyed the center of her city it seems like something deeper in my opinion.

My thoughts are that Su is or was a member of the Red Lotus in the "wants world leaders to go away" way, and may have known Zaheer, but once she figured out the extent to which he will go, she's like "nope!" and severed ties with him.

I'm thinking this mostly cause she doesn't seem like the type to want to hurt Korra, plus she was the one who came up with the plan to save Korra when she was kidnapped. I know it could've been a cover, but Su's smart. She could've come up with anything else, something less fool-proof so "whoops! They got away with Korra! Darn! Ah well. WHO WANTS CAKE?!"

But also, after all was said and done, she was furious that they even found a way into the city, I mean, when Aiwei said the guard was lying, Su flipped her s**t. She seemed more hurt and betrayed when she found out it was Aiwei.

So, the tl;dr version: Su might have once been in with the Red Lotus, but realizes they're wrong, and got onto the good side. Maybe that's why she straightened out?

Yeah. If Su was at all involved with the Red Lotus, I think it'd be more likely that she was during her past and that she chose to leave them.

Idk guys, I am think she is a enemy, her whole city is with out a leader. She even questions why there is even an earth queen.

I think she is apart but in a way more sneaky way. Her city is first to start the no leader thing so she might be in on it but doesn't want to deal with the fight with korra that's why she had her leave for Aiwei so quickly..  She was too quick to send someone to capture her husband.(That is her husband right?). I bet you the next episode is when Lin finds out the real her and it turns up that she really hasn't changed and is still involved with trouble makers.

I'm sorry, but that made very little sense. Also, Aiwei's not her husband. That would be Baatar. He was introduced in The Metal Clan. Aiwei isn't the leader of the city either. If anyone's the leader, it'd be Su.

Indeed, Aiwei is (or was) one of Su's top advisors.

Very interesting conversations going on here. I'm not sure what the Earth Queen is planning, if she's planning anything at all. I can see why having the Avatar imprisoned will benefit her, but not Asami, Bolin, or Mako. Like Cassidy said, trading Mako and Bolin for Korra and Asami won't benefit her at all. Why would she trade the Avatar for two random benders?

I'm wondering what's in store for Korra and Asami in the next episode. Are they just gonna be thrown in prison to rot or are there plans for them?

On a different note, anyone think Aiwei will be saved from the Fog of Lost Souls? At first I thought maybe someone will go in and get him, but after all the crap that happened afterwards, there's too much going on to worry about him.

I don't think saving him is high on the priority list at the moment, but maybe after everything is more or less resolved, Su might ask for Aiwei to be brought back so she can interrogate him.

I could see Korra doing that, or Jinora.  Korra to interrogate him about the Red Lotus, Jinora because she'd feel Ai Wei doesn't deserve that fate.

I feel like a bad fan; I just watched this last night.  XD

I'm hoping we hear from the White Lotus at some point regarding what they think about the Red Lotus, so we can get a little perspective--and hear what the White Lotus has to say about coming out of hiding.  That should be interesting.
