You are not excused. You are to keep spazzing so I can join you.

But so help me if they reference Rolf Scamander marrying Luna in any way, you leave my movie-verse Lovebottom alone Rowling...

*crying forever* Yeah, that made me sad, but I'm sure she's the one who suggested they put the Lovebottom in the movie because she heard about the ship and thought it was cute.

I agree with this as another loyal Lovebottom fan. Interestingly though I wasn't interested in the ship until the last movie.

I don't remember exactly when or how I became a fan of that ship, I think I just saw some fanart or some theory or something. Then she wrote Luna to have married Newt's son in the 7th book and I was all sad; but then they had that stuff in the movie and I was so excited omg.

Granted, sailor!! -salutes-

I remember someone having a great lovebottom sig after the last movie came out.

At first when I saw that I was like all, yeah I didn't understand the ship anyways. But then I saw the movie and I was like, this ship is awesome! I'm shipping it I don't care!

I shipped it when I simultaneously saw them hinting at it in the OotP movie and read them hinting at it (so I thought) in the books. I remember reading and thinking "oh these two are so totally going to end up together this is adorable" and I remember being shocked that I was wrong (one of the few times I've ever "missed" with a shipping prediction".

Then Rowling later admitted that when she went back and looked at it, she could see whee she made it look like they "fancied" each other too. And I remember thinking "yeah, that's what we've been trying to tell you all this time!"

Seriously, they compliment each other perfectly. The fanfics/fanart for the ship is all fantastic.

Are we in need of a ship thread or what, I hate to hijack the movie's thread when I'm also a would-be fan of that too XD.

JK herself is writing it, and we can assume that the company isn't stupid enough to try and edit her work when she went out of the way to write it for film, so we don't have to worry about bad writing.

Who would even try and edit the work of a writer?

I can't even imagine what sort of person would do that.

Someone stupid, I'm sure. That being said I don't think anyone would edit a JK Rowling script.
