Blacksmith Forges Sokka's Space Sword!
« on: March 05, 2015, 07:23:15 PM »
So, surfin' YouTube this morning, and I happened across this guy's channel. He's a blacksmith who forges replicas of swords from movies, tv shows, and video games. I watched him forge Link's Master Sword (because I'm on a Legend of Zelda kick right now) and then I happened to see that he also forged Sokka's Space sword (from real meteorites too!)

He said that it's a simple piece, but hard to work with because meteors are a tough material to work with. (Not to mention incredibly expensive. He said that over $1,000 worth of meteor went into the sword.)

Here's the link to the YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DITY1WzbLj8&index=1&list=PLUUGFk1wE5OEQShDwpYPNa-oh-PcRPYIL
